The host was very kind to us, the place was beautiful and clean, my whole family enjoyed it very much and it was comfortable, it was also clean and they provided us with help and extra items to light the barbecue, I would rent it again without a doubt, it is worth it and it is 3 minutes from the Las Estacas and Santa Isabel spas.

The accommodation is excellent, the apartment complies with what it says in the description, very clean, very spacious, and we loved the privacy and tranquility of the subdivision, Ana Paola was always attentive, we would definitely return. PS: air conditioning in the upstairs room would be excellent. 👌🏼

Mauricio was very attentive even before we arrived. Due to a communication error, the apartment was not cleaned, but as soon as we let them know, they sent staff to do a very good cleaning. He even gave us a second cleaning in the middle of our 8-day stay. They resolved any issues quickly. Seamless communication via messaging app. It's a small resort with swimming pools, gardens, parking, and a small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a small rooftop gym with nice views. From what we have seen of Mexico, cities take up a lot of space because everything is low houses, so the location within Cuernavaca, being good, you still have to go everywhere by car. As for security, we thought it was very safe, since there is a security booth so that only residents can access it.

The place is very nice. Very relaxing. Even though it was a quick stay. It was pleasant. There is a small restaurant upstairs where the food is very good and the people are very friendly. Food machines at the front desk. Honestly, the place is very complete. The pool is huge and clean. And the apartment is very cozy. Everything is fine.

Our stay at this property was incredible. We felt very secure, with a private gate guard and our own parking spot. The massive heated pool was the best part. Food and drinks were easily available. The location is convenient. A police station was at the subdivision entrance, and multiple convenience stores were nearby. Inside, the home had natural light from skylights in the kitchen and second bathroom. The AC units worked well, and hot water was always available. The area was quiet, with only bird sounds in the mornings. Driving to Cuernavaca was easy. Our host was extremely helpful. They provided great recommendations. We highly recommend this property, especially for families. The pool, security, and convenience make it an excellent choice.

I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect - a short walk to downtown, yet far enough for some quiet. The home is awesome, balancing historic architecture and modern amenities. I would recommend it to any friends or family visiting Tepoztlán!

Very nice and large house, it has a lot of space and many rooms. The hosts are very friendly, Mrs. Ruth is very helpful and kind. The kitchen is super-equipped! It's PET friendly! My dogs were very comfortable in the garden and throughout the house. It has mosquito nets throughout the house, but the mosquitoes manage to sneak in, I recommend bringing repellent.

A very beautiful house. I only went for an event and I couldn't enjoy the amenities like the pool, but it was very large and it looked very comfortable to spend time with the family. I'm sure I'll be back!

The exact place as in the photos! I didn't have to ask Fabricio anything, he always anticipated my questions. The house has one of the best locations in the cluster, the pool is huge! We had a lot of heat so I would have liked to have heating in the house, but we endured with the fans that are located in strategic places in the house. It has everything you need to make a barbecue. Honestly, we didn't need anything. You can tell the manufacturing experience in this Airbnb 👌
