New Apartment South terraces- with private jacuzzi

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 30€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

Senník

"Vikingský" ako sme ho od začiatku volali bol pôvodne senník, kde bolo len seno. Podložie je z pôvodneho kameňa, kde je kamenná pivnica. Minidom je pre dobrodruhov a tích, čo si chcú zažiť a prebývať na mieste, ktoré nás doslova spája s koreňmi. Prečo?Zistíte,keď vojdete dovnútra. Má zhruba 16m2 s krbom, ponúka 2 komfortné miesta na odpočinok/spanie na prízemí a v hornej časti 2 menšie miesta. Vonku je suché wc a pod drevenicou je pre vás kúpelňa (sprcha, pračka, pitná voda, wc).

Štúdio Helena v centre

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

Cosy apartment near the city center and nature

The apartment is fully-equipped. Close to city center - 10-15 minutes by walk. Train station is 30 minutes by walk. The appartment provides WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing powder, soap, hair dryer, cleaning facilities, coffee, sugar, tea. Apartment is on 4th floor without elevator. You may visit several lovely locations accessible by car up to 30 minutes such as Maninska Tiesnava, Sulov rocks, Zilina, Rajecke Teplice etc.

Postavené vlastnými rukami od základov až po ručne vyrobený nábytok interiéru. Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.

Cozy second home in the heart of Žilina

Modern apartment in the very heart of Žilina is the best place for a visit to the city. It is suitable for couples, friends, individuals or families with children. The apartment is 3 min walking distance from the historical center and also 3 min to the shopping malls. The transport connection (train and bus station) is approximately 4min walk from the apartment. Although it is located in the center, it is a quiet and spacious place.

Romantic wooden lodge close to rock climbing areas

This rustic house built in traditional Slovak style is in the centre of a little village called Zaskalie - Manínska Gorge, in a heart of national nature reserve which features the narrowest canyon in Slovakia. It lies in the Súľov Mountains, 6 km (3.7 miles) from Považská Bystrica. With wild and rare flora and fauna, its perfect for rock climbers, nature lovers and families. It's a short walk from the crag and very comfortable.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
