The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)
