My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min. by car and fast connection to the highway within about 5 min. It's an hour to Vienna by car. The town of Senec, where there is an aquapark and sunny lakes, is 19 minutes by car. There are groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacy nearby.

In the fenced building there are 6 parking spaces and a large space for sitting, barbecue, rest and relaxation.

Obytná časť dvojizbový byt(jedna izba je prechodná)s príslušenstvom bol čiastočne renovovaný,(kúrenie, okná, kúpeľňa) .Zachovali sa hrubé múry a stropné klenby. Dom má prirodzenú klimatizáciu. V lete príjemný chládok a v zime teplo. Mlyn sa nachádza blízko námestia (cca 2 min pešo), blízko sú obchody, kaviarničky, reštaurácie, autobusové spojenie s prípojom k vlaku

The house is situated in the charming village of Stupava. Here it has the local facilities that you need; shops, restaurants, park, wellness as well as a local biofarm which is a great place to take the kids! You can also explore the capital city, Bratislava, which is a 25 minute drive away. We are also an hours drive from Vienna, two hours from Budapest and an hour from the Czech border, so plenty in the area to explore! This is a perfect place for families, group of friends or couples who want to enjoy Slovakia in a quiet and relaxing place near Bratislava. Two bikes available as well

Its a small house at the end of the Village surrounded with forrest and mountains. Only few meters away starts the tourist road. 1 Parking place in front of cottage, other 3 parkings few meters away on turistic parking places( close to main road and under light). Cottage has central gass heating with thermostat, fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Close to cottage is garage where you can keep your gear/bikes equipment.
