Maringotka je energeticky nezávislá(slnečné kolektory),v prípade zlého počasia je k dispozicii nahradný zdroj. Je tam pohodlna manzelska postel a jeden rozkladací madrac. Kuchynka s dvojplatničkou ,varnou kanvicou a pieckou na drevo. Jedlo si doneste svoje a ukuchtite si ho. Mala kupelka so sprchou zachodom.Je tam televizor. Je tam aj velikanska zahrada kde sa mozu deti vyblaznit a zahrat si bedbinton , futbal,nahanacku. Maringotka je velmi utulna a prijemna. ked tam budete zapocuvate sa do krasneho stebotu vtakov Uvidite odtial cely Pezinok.Nadichate sa cerstveho vzduchu. My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Beautiful 2 bedroom house (terrace) new construction in a quiet location. The house has its own parking in front of the house for three cars. The house has a beautiful private terrace of 10m2 and a private garden of 40m2. On the terrace there is a modern rattan garden seating. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min by car and quick connection to the highway in about 5 min. To Vienna it is 1 hour by car. In the vicinity you will find groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, a pharmacy.

Obytná časť dvojizbový byt(jedna izba je prechodná)s príslušenstvom bol čiastočne renovovaný,(kúrenie, okná, kúpeľňa) .Zachovali sa hrubé múry a stropné klenby. Dom má prirodzenú klimatizáciu.
