Stylishly Refurbished Heritage House (Muda Blue)

Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. It is now a charming house to live in with modern amenities and an artistic touch. High-speed internet with Netflix available on a smart TV. Note: Potential noise from the street

Loft living in a heritage shophouse

An unusually awesome & modern duplex apartment in a shophouse for 1-4 persons. It's a rare unit, and the price actually reflects the high cost of electricity in Malaysia. IMPORTANT: 1. There are 2+1 flights of stairs to the Loft unit and loft inside. 2. This is a traditional house. Don't expect a modern hotel. You have to turn off a/c when going out, fiddle with padlocks, and practise recycling of cans, glass, plastic and paper, take out wet rubbish nightly.

The exterior of the house features traditional Peranakan architecture with large, beautifully framed windows and ornate wooden doors. Decorative lanterns hang on either side of the entrance, enhancing the welcoming ambiance. Colorful tiles line the base of the building, showcasing the rich cultural heritage.

Strictly for private (non commercial) use only by max 6 (+2 y.o) people.
