This cozy home is very well taken care of. The whole property is clean, spacious and comfortable. It offers a garden with a beautiful variety of flowers and many birds. It is located in a peaceful residential area. Our communication with the host was smooth, cooperative and responsive. wow what an amazing home,we were a group of 4 the villa is so spacious,lovely bedrooms and bathrooms with much needed air conditioning the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need during your stay the wrap around veranda on two levels is great to use to watch wildlife,monkeys,lizards and so many birds The caretaker Mahesh is brilliant he is on hand for anything you might need,couldn't ask for more. the pool is idyllic great place to cool down Whatever your requirements all is to hand ,the local area is very accessible for foodstores and bakerys Going further a field exploring is super easy just use the pick me app we will definitely be back

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

We stayed for 1 month, very eco-friendly nature, quite clean, and very safe place. There was enough open space inside and outside the house and my friend Deepal was very friendly, always checking up on us.

Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

I had a comfortable stay at Samantha's place, home was very clean and the air conditioning was strong making sure I had a good rest. There is also a nice rooftop view and the place was secure and private. It was a great stay before catching a flight. Samantha had good and fast communication, he was very nice and helpful.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

Dallas was a great host. He was a very friendly, very helpful and a very welcoming sort of a person. When I arrived at his place it was pass midnight, nevertheless he was awake to welcome me. The facilities were great, not only the room and the bathroom the whole apartment was at my disposal. Very clean, spacious, quiet and very secure. In case I go back to Colombo again I will definitely stay there and would recommend to any future traveller. Excellent value for money.

The apartment is in a perfect location. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets, shopping mall, the bakery and restaurant, etc. Nice view from a window of Colombo city.

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very neat, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and it was a lovely touch that the host booked a complimentary game room session for them. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for a family stay!

Mohammed’s place was great value for money. It’s a modern, spacious, and fully furnished apartment. Very convenient access to all supermarkets, and other shops. We got a unit on the second floor which had great views from its balconies. We enjoyed the fireworks display from the balconies when the clock struck 12 on 1st Jan 2022. The kitchen has all utensils needed to cook your own meals. However, we noticed there wasn’t a gas cylinder owing to the current situation in the country. Still managed to cook most of our meals using the rice cooker. A hot plate or an induction cooker would be a nice addition. The building manager Mr. Mirzan was very nice and was flexible with all our requests. He made sure our stay at Amaze Residence was a pleasant one. We will definitely visit again.

Hotel 106 is a rare find. Anyone who knows Colombo would see what an amazing location it is. It’s definitely our favorite place to stay in Colombo abd Vishwa is an excellent host flexible and available. Thank you 😊

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

Very nice location, quiet and large garden in the middle of the city! Large appartement. I liked to walk around to Mount Lavinia inside the small streets without using the main roads.. Shiromi is a very kind person and helpful.

We stayed here for three months with our 9-month-old baby and had a wonderful experience. The house was safe, spacious, and perfect for any family. As first-time parents, we really appreciated the extra support—some of the owner’s relatives live nearby and were incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Amila was also a fantastic communicator and co-host, always quick to respond and help sort out any issues in the house. We truly felt looked after and enjoyed our stay very much.

Had an awesome experience with vandana. Everyone was so happy who stayed with me. We went to give an exam and she cared for her guests everyday as like a mother does to her childs.she took care of everything we needed anytime even at night time also.Even she helped making our tour plan which ended un quite cheap too. Best best experience.will cone again here if we are in sri lanka.♥️
