Relax in the School House, a rural setting 10 minutes from Invercargill city, is peaceful and modern with a touch old school charm. We home an array of farm animals, cows, sheep, and 2 friendly Kune Kune pigs who live their best life in the orchard. You are welcome to make use of our multi sport turf, tennis rackets and outdoor bowling kits are provided🙂 The Flat is attached to our home, the bedroom has a queen bed and the lounge has a double sofa bed. Tea/coffee/continental breakfast provided.

This is a new home. It has all of the Invercargill City Council requirements and more. This home is cosy and warm. Well ventiated. 4 sliding doors and lots of opening windows. 2 outside areas to sit in. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are areas outside for smoking. We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. Anne Street is a quick 20 minute walk to the central city and a 10 minute walk to our favorite restaurant Buster Crabb. There is bike and walking tracks right across the road and a small park for the children. This special wee house has a really great feel - we think you'll love it!

Mark was super friendly and accommodating. His place is warm and cosy and very homely. Even though we only met him once, he was easy to get hold of. We had eveything we needed and it was also lovely having Sas the cat around.

The place was super tidy, we really enjoyed our stay. Rachael went above and beyond by finding a partacot and setting it up for our wee one so we were able to save some room in the car. Highly recommend staying here.
