A welcoming hostess and responsive communication. The neighborhood happened to experience a water piping leakage, leading to suspension of water supply for a period of time as we checked in. Reema was able to provide timely solution that ensured us to have water access during the shortage and to retrieve what we left in the house timely. A very attentive and caring hostess. The unit is well located with quick access to many conveniences and beautiful beaches where you also get to see turtles sleeping in the morning by just a short walk. A highly recommended place to stay for its location and pricing.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of sunrise. Spacious, well stocked condo. Appreciated welcome goody basket filled with Hawaiian treats. Make sure to read instructions on how to open door. The downstairs living area does not have AC. We were there in early January and it was bearable but I think we would have been too hot in summer. The bedrooms were very comfortable with portable AC units. Management had very good and clear communication. We were worried about the nearby construction but we only heard them one morning around 8 as we were getting ready to leave for the day so it never bothered us but if you want to sleep in on weekdays, it might bother you. There is a public trail out back but the lanai is higher so you only see the people when you are sitting outside. Lots of people hike by at sunrise and sunset to see the view you get from the lanai in your PJs! Overall great convenient location and would definitely stay again!

We have visited Hawaii quite a few times, but really enjoyed our stay in your terrific Nihi Kai Villa. The views are absolutely amazing and your home had everything we needed for our adventurous visit to Kauai. Everything is so close! We spent lots of time surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and attending a luau of course! Returning to the villa at the end of everyday was something we looked forward to. The available gas bbq's were also a nice availability we utilized on the few days we cooked at home. Overall we really enjoyed your place and will definitely be re-booking in the future! Mahalo

Kevin was a great host. I have never felt more comfortable at an Airbnb than at Kevin’s home. He gave incredible recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing. He went out of his way to accommodate us on our trip and is a very kind and respectful person. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Kauai. This place is a gem. Location, amenities, and the atmosphere are incredible. Great place to stay in Poipu Beach!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location - Poipu is great. The whole experience was made even greater by Tracy the cleaning crew - super cool local with the aloha vibe. Spotlessly clean - very modern - Kalapaki joes is a nice touch to dine at for convience.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! It was the perfect spot for us to use to explore Kauai. Every morning we did Coffee and Tea on the porch enjoying the beautiful views, including a ton of whale, dolphin, and turtle sightings!! It was so peaceful and relaxing. Poipu beach was an easy walk and we loved watching the turtles there, seeing a monk seal, playing in the calm water of the bay, and getting Shave Ice and Puka Dogs at Brenneckes! We did a Luau at the Hyatt, drove to Waimea Canyon, and did a Napoli Coast dinner cruise, all of which are must dos!! Thank you to our wonderful host for their responsiveness and for such a great experience! We cannot wait to come back!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

This condo was the PERFECT location, especially with kiddos. The huge lawn was so fun to play on, we could walk to two beaches including Poipu and the coffee shop across the street was soooo yummy, we went to the pool at the Athletic Club everyday which was so fun and convenient and it was great that both the pool and beach had towel rentals (free). We even got snorkel rentals right at the beach. The condo was equipped with an umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs which made for a really comfortable time.

We loved this place for our stay in Kauai! It was very close to Hanalei and very walkable. It was very clean and as described. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

We loved this place! Clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable -- and has great views of the ocean and the resort's garden and pool below. We especially loved eating our breakfast on the balcony! The location is also great, with super-convenient access to a beautiful beach, and with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Would absolutely stay here again.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

Rochelle's place was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to two different beaches, the fitness club, and several resorts and restaurants. The A/C was a nice feature during the warm days. They don't provide coffee, so make sure to bring your own coffee grounds (or buy some at the Kauai Coffee Plantation). Other than that, the kitchen is adequately stocked with just about anything you could need to cook meals. The complex also has very nice BBQs available if you choose to grill your meal. Also, recommend the Lava Restaurant next to the beach at the Sheraton Resort. Good food and excellent view of the ocean. They also provide boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel equipment and towels. Nice place. We'd definitely come back again when in Kauai.

My husband and I stayed here for part 2 of our honeymoon trip. It was everything we could’ve asked for and more! Such a beautiful space and wonderful location!

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. it is in an ideal location, walkable to some of the best beaches and restaurants on the south shore. the condo was very clean and stocked with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. the AC in 1 of the 2 main bedrooms was a nice bonus. the pools and hot tubs were pristine and we used them frequently.

Great condo. Had everything I needed. Ocean view from lanai. Private location in back of the building. I hardly heard anyone. Grounds and pool were very relaxing and beautiful.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect! The Kiahuna Plantation itself beautiful and has access to a great beach! Less than 5 minute drive to Poipu Beach. This place was very clean and close to everything you need, has all beach amenities. Bed was also very comfortable!! Shopping village with restaurants across the street. Shaun was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend :)

Ashley’s place was perfect for our stay. Great view of the ocean. About a 3 minute walk to the beach. Easy and convenient parking. Appreciated the small details such as the snacks and wine. Bed was comfortable. Quiet place. Overall, great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's home. Her instructions were complete and easy to follow. Keyless lock made getting in a breeze. Itwas beautiful and spotless. This home has 2 bedrooms but was so large and well appointed with everything you would need, and a sofa bed that a larger family would be very comfortable. There is a wonderfully landscaped walking path that winds through the complex to pools and nearby beach. Jennifer reached out after we settled in to see if we had any questions which was very nice. Just a great experience.

Everything was incredible from start to finish. We had a great time! Host was super helpful and communicative and the place is incredible. Views were insane and high ceilings made it feel like we were in a mansion haha
