Located on 250' of private ocean frontage. Watch the highest tides in the world roll in and out. This cozy 2 bedroom cottage on 1.5 acres is the perfect setting for a quiet family getaway. Spend the day exploring Nova Scotia then head to your private retreat and relax in your beautiful hot tub. Top the evening off with around a bonfire where the only sounds you'll hear is the water splashing up on the rocks and the crackling of the fire. The giant deck features a dining area and a Napoleon BBQ.

Each dome is over 425 square feet, 23 feet across over 14 feet tall with a beautiful skylight. Each have their own private stone patio equipped with a BBQ, propane tabletop fireplace and an incredible view of the Shubie river. The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

It is less than an hour from the airport and 3 golf courses, an hour to Halifax, 2 hours from Cape Breton or the Annapolis Valley.
