New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Quick access from the A10 – exit 28, 3 minutes from the toll. All local amenities within a 5-minute drive (shopping mall, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants...) Refurbished accommodation located in the basement of the house. The ground floor of the house is also available for rent. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.

Completely refurbished to better accommodate you. You will find a 160/200 king size bed with its natural bamboo mattress topper. Bath towels not provided. Bed linen, pillows, duvet, toilet paper and soap will be provided . Everything you need is there: microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, full HD TV, dishes, cooking utensils. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Futurocope, and has 1 free parking space. Non-smoking rental and no internet.
