Le gîte est une ancienne étable du 19ème siècle aménagée pour le calme, la convivialité, le contact avec la nature et le confort. Cette maison de vacances est prévue pour 4 à 5 personnes avec terrasse en pavé, jardin, meubles de jardin et parking privatif, ainsi qu'un abri couvert pour poussettes et vélos. Bien qu'amis des ANIMAUX, nous ne les autorisons PAS à l'intérieur du gîte. Nous souhaitons également que ce gîte reste un espace NON-FUMEUR.

A stone's throw from the city center, the citadel and the cable car. Cross the street, you will discover restaurants, bars, shops, museums, etc. Our two closed garages will make your vehicles useless during your stay. Bike ride, sauna, a short kayak, paddle or cable car ride will make your getaway unique.

The water-wine lodge

The Eau-Vin gîte is located in the countryside of Fosses-la-Ville. It will offer you a stay in the heart of nature, but close to all amenities. The cottage consists of a living room, shower room, bedroom and kitchen. The garden will allow you to enjoy the calm and have a good barbecue in the sun. In terms of access, access to the cottage is via Rue de la Blanchisserie, a cobbled path giving you access to private parking.
