We stayed 4 nights at Rita's, and honestly the place was even better than the pictures. Very clean, well arranged, basic amenities are provided for cooking. What a nice surprise to have the transfer from the airport to the accommodation, thanks again for that! The staff is super friendly, thanks to Romario for the recommendations for touring the island. Vehicles for rent on site. Convenience store and restaurants nearby. In short, everything you need to have a good time. We'll be sure to come back to your home on our next visit to Maio Island.

The house is just like in the photographs, a wooden construction in which nothing has been left to chance and which is filled with small details and revealing details of the love and affection with which it was built and appreciated. Like any wooden house, it is already showing small points in need of maintenance, but nothing serious. The view from the house on the outer porch is stunning and it's precisely what we loved the most. To stay outside at night, observing the immensity of the starry sky and in silence, only with the sound of the sea, was equally pleasant. The perfect home to welcome us with our family. We leave with great desire to return for more days. Small appliances missing can improve the experience (kettle or coffee maker). On the contiguous terrain of the house a new dwelling is being built, which removes privacy from the porch. Workers are respectful and do not start making noise too early.
