Very good AirBnB. The cleaning was impeccable. The accommodation is new and comfortable. If the weather permits, the small terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors while having an aperitif. 2 spaces to park the vehicle. LIDL, Paul bakery and Super U are a few hundred meters from the accommodation.

Very nice place, with large, well-equipped rooms. We had a lovely weekend. The place is ideal for a small party for families or groups of friends. At night, we saw a magnificent starry sky, given the little light pollution in the area. Cédric is very responsive and accommodating.

We had a pleasant stay at Anne and Bruno's in their beautiful property. It's a peaceful green setting that we had a hard time leaving! From the time of booking, Bruno was proactive: clear communication, welcoming and provided all the information we needed to prepare for our stay. Bruno and Anne welcomed us warmly to La Penesais, accompanied by Loustic and Biscotte, their golden retrievers who are creams! They were discreet, accessible, and we never heard their presence or that of visitors in the adjoining Airbnb. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and functional apartment, tastefully furnished, as well as the cleanliness and attention to detail. I hope to have the pleasure of coming back soon. The house is perfect for a weekend with friends, as it has 10 beds, a garden, a terrace overlooking the river, 2 barbecues and a lot of utensils. Yannick was very available and responded to any requests we had. The bike shed is a real plus. The house is located 3 km from the center, and on the Loire bike route. We are very satisfied with our stay!

Beautiful house tastefully furnished and everything you need for a good vacation. Small shops and excellent bakery nearby (you can go there on foot). Beautiful base to discover the region by bike. Guingette on the banks of the Loire just a few kilometers away.

very pleasant stay, the house is well arranged, we were looking for a place to meet with friends, it was up to our expectations. the indoor pool is a real plus, the terrace is large and friendly, many attentions from the owner, bottle of water in the rooms, bottle of Saumur and small welcome cake. in short, everything was perfect. to be repeated without hesitation. We had a great weekend in Seiches-sur-le-Loir in this beautiful home. It is spacious, very well decorated, perfectly equipped and ideal for a stay with others — there were 10 of us and everyone felt comfortable. The garden is perfectly maintained, and the view from the sunset terrace is simply splendid. A real moment of serenity. A big thank you to Matthieu and Nathalie, attentive and warm hosts. What to say? A splendid, modern and ultra comfortable home! We spent a perfect week with the family, enjoying everything: hot pool, large terrace and garden with views of the Loire, spacious and perfectly equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms with impeccable bedding, not to mention the plancha and the very comfortable living room with its huge screen, ideal for watching the Olympics. Communication with Sonia and Samuel was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you!

A really nice and relaxing few days. A calm or even such invigorating silence. The seawater/saltwater pool was so nice in this heat. The garden was well appointed for the tan or staying quietly in the shade under the courtyard. (without being chased by small earth turtles ahah) The exchanges with Louise-Anne and her spouse were very pleasant, booked at the beginning so as not to disturb us, until we knew each other better ... We had a really nice relaxing stay. 2 small downsides to really cheat: the bed can accommodate a 200 mattress when it was a 190, for my boyfriend had limited it on the size side 😉 And the 2nd small bed in the room, could have been a couch for a better relaxing pose to watch something when it rains. But it's really to cheat. The welcome, rental and environment were perfect.

We had a great weekend with friends at David's. The village in which the house is located is charming and peaceful, in the heart of the vineyards. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. We felt very good there. We enjoyed this authentic environment, far from the impersonal rentals that you can sometimes find. We would definitely recommend this listing.

We had the most wonderful stay at Flavian and Nancy’s home. They made us feel very welcome and at ease. The house is beautiful and modern with some great quirky features. It is well equip with everything you could need for your stay. The pool was clean and warm and very safe for children. The area was peaceful and had many great local shops and a big supermarket near by. The garden was private and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to holiday in this year.
