Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. Hope to have you for your stay!

The house is newly remodeled, clean, and comfortable. We had our 4 children along and there was plenty of space. The house is within walking distance of the beach and beautiful downtown Vermilion. I highly recommend this place.

Large glass sliding doors provide an unobstructed view of Lake Erie, showcasing calm blue waters and a clear sky. A spacious balcony is visible, framed by a tree and a white railing, inviting guests to enjoy the lakefront scenery.

Wow! This unique stay was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed for our visit to Amherst! The quaint downtown with ample restaurants was an easy walk. The home had a quirky, appealing layout, with plenty of space and a TON of beautiful plants and comfortable furniture. Easy check in, no issues whatsoever. I'd highly recommend!

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient and everything was just as described. The host was so kind and made us feel welcome, always available if we needed anything but never intrusive. It really helped make the weekend stress free. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone planning a trip.

Nick’s place was amazing! 20 minute drive to Cedar Point and local beaches are a 2 minute walk! Nick answered all my questions right away and the house was exactly as described! It was quiet (they do have neighbors right by, but everyone was quiet and respectful). I had 2 teenagers who wanted to go to Cedar Point, and I just wanted to sit at the beach and read! This place was perfect! They had a short drive to the park, and I had a very short walk to the beach! When they got home from the park, they were able to walk along the shore and fish! Will definitely book here again!

Kelly's place was very neat and immaculate. Well decorated in a beach theme and everything was great. Very nice person to talk to and always checking to see if we needed anything. Out standing view of the lake as we enjoyed relaxing in the back yard. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Everything inside felt clean and new. The house was surprisingly spacious for a one-bedroom, and sunny and well-lit. The location near the lake is nice, with a view of the lake right from the house, and a small public access area within walking distance.
