This was our second time staying at this beautiful cottage. Everything has been thought out. Each room and nook has perfectly curated decor and comfortable surroundings. It is a hidden gem in the forest. My absolute favorite Airbnb experience.

My partner, our little son and I were in this apartment in January. Since we come from the big city, nature and the quiet location were particularly important to us – and that's exactly what we found here. The house offers everything you could ask for. It is beautifully decorated, with a lot of love for detail. From the kitchen equipment to the selection of books, everything was perfectly thought out. We lacked nothing. The private wellness area was also a highlight: stylishly furnished and ideal for relaxing. Afterwards, we ended the evening by the fireplace – a fantastically beautiful experience! I definitely recommend this cottage, whether for yourself or as a gift for your loved ones. A wow effect is guaranteed! Many thanks to the hosts for the unforgettable moments!

We had a great stay and everything worked smoothly, despite the last-minute change. The house is equipped with everything you need and the garden with hot tub and sauna is great! We were very pleased.

We spent nine Pentecosts in the Charming Cottage and had wonderful days despite the mixed weather. The house is spacious & well-equipped and is located in a quiet corner on the edge of the forest. Justine is very friendly, check-in & check-out worked out great. Highly recommended!

We were traveling as long-distance hikers and unfortunately had to take a break a stage earlier, so unfortunately we didn't make it to Zedersitz. But we're sure we would have liked Adriane's place. The communication was great and very friendly! If we are in the area again, we might actually make it.

All in all, it was really a nice stay and above all something very special to be in such an old house. It is as described and you have everything you need. A little more cleanliness would be nice and would make the stay an even greater experience. The mattresses and blankets have probably never been replaced and it shows. The bed linens and towels were changed but unfortunately there were some stains and hair. We felt comfortable anyway and the use of the oven was something very special and contributed to the flair. Really a beautiful accommodation on an old castle grounds. Great medieval house with corresponding flair, but well equipped. Left nothing to be desired, and the hosts were very easy to reach and super flexible. Recommended to anyone looking for a special place to stay.

We immediately felt comfortable at Alexandra's place. The half-timbered house is really beautifully restored and has a very special cut. We loved it. Everything is designed with a lot of love and we didn't miss anything. Grade with dog, the location on the field and fishing pond was ideal for the daily gas rounds. Contact with Alexandra was always quick and very friendly. Definitely recommend! ☺️

Great, small apartment in the Burgfeste Dilsberg. A little difficult to reach by car, but Nicole helped with this. The location was all the more cozy. We were totally satisfied!

Wonderful place in the perfect location, especially if you like to go for walks. With some highlights (Red Moor, Gorge, downtown Gersfeld and Wasserkuppe) either right outside the front door or less than 5 km away, you can walk to everything even with reasonably fit children.

Our staff were very satisfied and felt very at home. Valentin was very flexible and helpful in all matters. Our employees will be happy to come back.

A very nice, very lovingly furnished and super clean, little house. The location is quiet and perfect as a starting point for excursions of any kind. Everything was as described and the check-in/out was extremely easy and flexible due to the uncomplicated communication with Josef. An absolute recommendation!

The cottage is beautiful and looks cozy. As adult siblings, we gave our father a stay for two nights at Christmas to be able to spend time together again despite the distance between us. The cottage was ideal for this. We had bad luck with the weather, but thanks to the amenities of the accommodation and the covered terrace, we had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well equipped. However, the oven only heats up properly on convection. Not bad, but good to know. 🤣 It is very quiet there and the village is very pretty. If you are traveling with several people: all bedrooms are more or less passageways, but with two bedrooms it can be arranged that they are not used as passageways. The hosts are easy to reach and the instructions and information are very helpful. Thanks for the opportunity and your hospitality. ☀️🫶🏻

We were delighted by the idyllic property with the old fruit trees, the view into the distance and the impressive range of activities for children. Everything you need. Especially recommended for families.
