Ideally located between DA, MZ & WI (near Oppenheim), it is perfect for hiking, biking and swimming. Enjoy the lake view from the covered terrace and private jetty. A fireplace with a grill is available for cozy evenings. Note: Main toilets are 1 minute walk away. The chemical toilet in the cabin is to be cleaned by yourself when used.

The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

A70, A7 and A3 - each 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen and Schweinfurt each 23 km The vacation apartment is on the first floor. We ourselves live on the upper floor of the house. The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen and a toilet which is open during the summer time (for the winter we have a chemical toilet). The property is completely fenced and therefore only for you.
