Thamel is reachable in 5-15 mins drive (3km) depending on traffic. A total of 1800 sq feet, this 3BHK apt is located on the first floor that is incredibly airy and receives a lot of natural light. You have a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Luxurious stay for couples. Comfortable set up for families, friends, and coworkers.

Centrally located with easy access to sights and scenes of Kathmandu. 15 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes drive to the center of the tourist area. Pashupatinath Temple is just about 5 to 7 minutes away. Boudhanatha stupa is also about a 10 minute drive away. The apartment is very comfortably appointed and has a very warm and pleasant vibe to it.

The property is conveniently located near the main street, but it was peaceful. I enjoyed good sleep, and loved waking up to the songs of birds! The restaurant in the property is lovely, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and I would love to stay again : )

Kumar is an exceptional host. He was always looking out for us, offered us lifts when we went out and had many suggestions for activities which he arranged for us when we wanted to do anything. The food was great and the gardens beautiful. We had a lovely barbecue and had a great evening around the fire with Kumar and some of his friends. 100% recommended!

Rahul went put of his way to offer/give us complimentary services, which we appreciated a lot. Daily recommendations of places to visit and food to eat in the city saved us a lot of time. Polite, lovely and helpful staffs/security guard. We really were in awe with the ambiance and overall hospitality of entire stay.

We were very warmly welcomed and the entire complex was shown to us directly. Of our entire Nepal trip, we liked it best here. The Lemon Tree House is located right on the river (we saw crocodiles from our room), the pool was very great and the food was super fine. We were also well advised on excursions/safari. We highly recommend it!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I booked in Nepal. I even wish I could give more than 5 stars :) Jung and his family are very accommodating hosts, who genuinely want their guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. I was offered an earlier check-in as the room was free. I was proactively provided delicious simple breakfast every day, did the laundry for me. All these are extras why I wanna rate the listing more than 5 stars :) The room was spacious, clean, very cozy, very comfortable bed. The balcony was nice in a small compound so I never felt the noise of Patan. Meanwhile it is in very close proximity to the Patan Durbar Square. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops around. I highly recommend it and will absolutely stay there again while in Patan. Thank you Jung and the family 🙏

I had a great stay at Helena’s amazing Kaalo.101. The vibe and atmosphere of the place is great — a homely space where you are free to be and express yourself for who you are. I spent four nights in a comfortable and creative room. On the first night all the artists/guests shared food and drinks on the rooftop which was lovely. And the surrounding area, Patan, is awesome. A lot quieter than other parts of Kathmandu. Artsy and architecturally inspiring. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay, and Ishan was a very helpful host. Hotel was in the heart of Thamel, but down a quiet alley so not too noisy. I will definitely try stay here again when I return to Kathmandu! Thanks, Chris
