We have a back yard for play, and relaxing, fireplace pit, and outside shower that all add to the beauty and relaxation of staying at The Cottage. I love offering information, and getting to know my guests, but take the que from them. It's there holiday, and we just want them to have a wonderful experience overall. Over the last three years, Ed and I have made some wonderful friendships with our guests, but we do not push, we just enjoy people. Stroll a couple of blocks to Sweetberry Farm, and taste wine at nearby Greenvale Vineyards. A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.
