Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Mas Carbó una masia del s.XVI equipada amb totes les comoditats del s.XXI. Gaudeix de la tranquil·litat del camp a l'Alt Empordà a 20 minuts de St Martí d'Empúries i a 10 minuts de Figueres. Disposem d'un espai exterior on fer barbacoes, piscina, taula de ping-pong, billar, xemeneia interior, diverses zones per menjar i relaxar-se, una cuina equipada amb tot el necessari i un pati interior on resguardar-se de la Tramuntana. Tot preparat per passar una bona estada sense haver de sortir de casa.

Quiet stone cottage part of a rural neighborhood which keeps another times atmosphere, near Besalú, with many possible walks into the forest. Family-friendly house :-) Refurbished following recycling and energy-saving criteria, we also compost the organic matter and bet for “semi-off-grid” holidays. We don't offer urban comfort but a simple rural living experience. Between Garrotxa and Empordà, there is easy access to many trekking routes in the nearby Natural Parks, Pyrenees and Costa Brava.

Disposa de planta baixa amb sortida directe al pati amb cuina, bany i sala d'estar i primer pis obert amb llit de matrimoni. El pati és ideal per poder pendre un esmorzar o un sopar a la fresca. Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. Aquest edifici forma part d'una antiga masia catalana datada a principis del segle XV. Ha estat reformada en diverses fases, la darrera al 2018. Aprofitant el perímetre de la vivenda principal, la rehabilitació ha donat com a resultat un apartament adossat a una piscina i una casa de dues plantes annexa. El conjunt de vivenda més jardí, més el bosc que la envolta es podria definir com una combinació d'arquitectura civil medieval, actualitzada amb materials moderns i detalls de disseny.
