Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

The house was clean, the location was great, and we were very comfortable that we could always reach the host Emirhan.

Hi, friendly host. Respond to messages right away. Arriving in the summer we had the night check-in was really well communicated in advance, as well as other instructions like water, electricity, and internet. The apartment was clean and everything was ready for living. Shops, market, restaurants, and beach are really close.

The apartment is located in a very nice complex with many offers. Everything is within walking distance. Adem was very friendly and the communication impeccable. We were somewhat bothered by the fact that we had to specify the check-in and check-out times exactly, although a self check-in is specified. This is very limited in flexibility. In the future, a little more attention must be paid to the cleanliness ( e.g. crumbs in the oven from other guests). We were still completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

I didn't want to leave, I liked everything. The room has all for a comfortable stay. Cooked ourselves without a problem. The entire infrastructure of the hotel is available except for the water park. By the free bus of the hotel, which takes to the beach, drove to the Migros store and bought all the necessary groceries. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. There is also a market at the hotel where you can buy everything you need. The only thing is that the hotel is located in the mountains and there are many mosquitoes. We bought a mosquito sprayer at the hotel's market and used every night. Very helpful, mosquitoes did not bother. For 2 weeks of residence paid for light and water about 1000 rubles. Very economical. The room is not hot in September, very comfortable, rarely used air conditioning. The hotel itself was impressed. I really want to come back here. I recommend it!

Hello, I would definitely recommend you to go to this accommodation, my favorite part of the house was that all the tools and equipment were available for the kitchen and other rooms. The location was also good. It was within walking distance to the beach. I thank Mr. Mehmet Ali for his smiling face. If I were to go to Alanya, I would consider staying here again.

Apartment in a new “smart home”. There are two levels. There are two bedrooms upstairs. Although located near a busy road, the closing double glazing of balconies and doors to the balcony completely eliminate noise. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean and cozy. Worth the money for a short stay. A bit expensive for long-term stays.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. It is a brand new apartment in a brand new building really close to the beach and all the other main attractions in Alanya. We found the place as described and matched the photos. Talha is a really helpful host. The wifi worked well throughout our stay. Our unit was on the first floor so any noise from the outside (such as dog barking and people chatting at restaurant next door) could be heard at all hours. Otherwise and overall, we had a great stay and recommend this place.

My stay was great. The house met all the expectations in the listing. Especially the sea view was very nice. The house was spotless, spacious and quite comfortable. The location is very central, close to grocery stores and public transportation. The host was also very kind and helpful; the check-in and check-out process was very easy. I would definitely like to stay again.

Three of us stayed in the apartment. The apartment is clean, has everything for a comfortable stay, Victoria is in touch 24/7, will help. The location of the apartment is great, on the ground floor there is a Starbucks, swimming pools, a hammam, a cinema, evening sessions for children and adults. The beach is equipped with sun loungers, everything is done at the highest level. I definitely recommend it, we will definitely come back !

We stayed at Ekaterina for three weeks. Very nice people, gave us a lot of useful information. Always in touch. The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished, there is everything you need for cooking. It was important for us. There were even baby's toys. We loved our trip to Alanya. The place was great and the value for money is great! Unfortunately, loud music could often be heard from the hotel down on the beach in the evening, but we quickly got used to it. All in all, a great experience 🤗
