Lovely apartment with a beach view and amazing pool! Marianna was very helpful and ready to assist if I needed anything. She made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely come back to this apartment and can warmly recommend Marianna’s apartment for people who want privacy in a beautiful setting.

Stayed in the apartment for a month. It was nice that there are all the necessary utensils for cooking for a large family. The apartment is very bright, spacious. We stayed in the winter, but it was not cold in the apartment more than that in each room there is an air conditioner for heating and cooling. Well, the main feature of the apartment is an amazing view from the window, you can admire the sea all day and in the evening insanely beautiful sunsets. Definitely recommend!!!

We had a very small problem with me during check-in, but the effort and request of the team working to resolve this was great. We quickly resolved the issue. Great for those who want to come to Alanya and have a short and outdoor vacation! The price is great for performance

The wooden houses are located exactly as described in a beautiful garden property with many tangerine trees. The house is clean and very nicely decorated. There is a small, very clean pool where you can swim. Kadir and all the staff are very friendly. On the negative side, we noticed that despite the green surroundings of the mandarin garden, you always hear a slight noise from the nearby main road. There is also a large hotel immediately adjacent. From there you can usually hear typical disco music in the evening. There is also a mosque nearby, where the muezzin calls at prayer times according to religious custom. But that's all within tolerable limits. The beach is within walking distance. Unfortunately, you have to cross the busy road there, or go through a very dark and unkempt tunnel. At the beach there is a public shower and a restaurant. The value for money is very good. We can recommend it.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. It is a brand new apartment in a brand new building really close to the beach and all the other main attractions in Alanya. We found the place as described and matched the photos. Talha is a really helpful host. The wifi worked well throughout our stay. Our unit was on the first floor so any noise from the outside (such as dog barking and people chatting at restaurant next door) could be heard at all hours. Otherwise and overall, we had a great stay and recommend this place.

Really beautiful apartment, nice located, close to the beach and restaurants without noise from the city. Beautiful views from balcony and all windows. 5th floor without elevator so if you have problem walking maybee this is not the best place for you. Anna- the assiatance for Tatiana is really sweet and helpfull, always responding and really carrying about you and your holiday. I will definitely come back to this place.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. This is an apartment that matches the photos. The apartment is very close to the beach. (6-8 minute walk). Downhill to the beach, back uphill This is the best corner of Cleopatra beach. This was very important to us. Very nice surroundings. Occasionally for cooking. Everything was just fine. We were 6 adults. Value was right.

A very beautiful house with many amenities. Very friendly and very active host on the phone. Very nice stay, I recommend the house.

This is my second time staying in one of stellas offered apartments. And was very satisfied, it is very helpful and provided me with drinks again for my arrival. The location is indescribably, everything important can be reached within a minute. The facility is maintained daily. And polite neighbors included. I don't know what else I could add If it works, we'll be back for the summer!! Thanks for everything!!

It has a great location, everything in the house was clean and tidy. Mrs. Margarita is a very kind and helpful host. We were very pleased.

Excellent owner. Excellent apartment.

The place is really chic and super modern. Comfortable sofas, great bed. The loggia is well suited for drying wet bathing suits. It gets quite warm and a bit stuffy there pretty quickly, best to close the loggia, which heats up pretty quickly. But you can use the electric blinds and the air conditioning for this, there are several that can be variably adjusted. The kitchen equipment is fine. The location is really great, in five minutes you are at the beautiful Kleopatra beach, buses and taxis are easily accessible, also shopping not far away. It is currently being built in the immediate vicinity, but we did not find it too loud. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed at Orhans apartment several times now. Orhans place is really nice. Clean, good neighborhood, close to the Main Street with restaurants and shops. Close to beach or pool clubs. Very clean on arrival. Orhan helped me with any confusion, and answered within minutes each time. Orhans place comes with my highest recommendations.

The location was central; walking distance to the beach and many spots. The items were brand new and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything that could be needed. Ms. Emine responded to my questions quickly. I prefer with peace of mind to stay again.
