Excellent séjour, magnifique appartement, très propre et conforme exactement à l’annonce. L’appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage (5 à 7 min à pied), restaurants, supérette, café, pharmacies, bureau de change. Très bonne isolation (aucun bruit la nuit) et sécurisé. Quant à Mustapha et Amani, sont d’excellents hôtes, très réactifs et toujours disponibles. Merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Ben et Linda

Hassan was a very polite and helpful host, he was so communicative and we were helped with our luggage which made our check-in easier. The apartment is flawless truly, you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also, the view from the bedroom and the balcony is breathtaking. The apartment is in a perfect location and you will not need any taxis, everything is accessible by foot in a walking distance. I’m super satisfied and was worth the money. We will come back very soon again and again.

Appartement de haut standing, avec une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée — eau turquoise au pied de l’immeuble. Mounir est un hôte très amical et réactif,le domaine est très beau ,le studio est grand avec belle véranda. juste un petit effort pour mieux l'équiper. excellent rapport qualité prix.

Wir haben mit dieser Wohnung einen Volltreffer gelandet, sowohl was die Einrichtung betrifft als auch die Sauberkeit und nicht zuletzt den Preis! Das war wohlfühlen vom ersten Tag an. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, und ich kann sagen, der Abschied ist uns schwergefallen. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett liebe grüsse aus der Schweiz ✌️🇨🇭

This apartment was amazing. It was located on the main strip with all essentials restaurants cafés grocery stores within a few steps. The place was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. There is also a laundromat within a five minute walk to wash clothes. The place is a five minute walk to the nearest public beach and a 12 minute walk to the private beach called Nuba Beach where you can rent chairs in parasols and eat for the day. Hanene Was very communicative and answered us right away. She also confirmed the booking at her place at the last minute when our other Airbnb cancelled an hour before we were scheduled to arrive. Thanks Hanene for everything.

Booked this place based on the pictures and I was right. The place is amazing. If you are looking for a town villa close to the best town beach in Tunisia, this is the place to go. The duplex is very spacious, modern with an amazing terrace where you can enjoy the amazing turquoise waters of Mahdia beach. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is just perfect when you come back from the beach and everyone needs a shower at the same time. It is also well equipped so you can cook and enjoy your meals on the outside terrace. Abdel, the host, is such a nice person: quick replies, was there on time for check in, gave some good tips about nearby beaches and the city and was generally nice to talk to. Would definitely go back and would recommend even for teleworking (home office).
