Lugan is located 3.5 km from the Toulouse-Albi highway, 30 minutes from Toulouse, 30 minutes from Albi and 15 minutes from Gaillac. Independent cottage next to the owners' house. Two terraces, one of which is 30 m², garden, access to swimming pool and outdoor games shared with the owners. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. Second floor: bedroom with private shower room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Electric heating + wood-burning stove. Free baby equipment upon request.

Nordic bath cottage/terrace with view

"Le Joyeux Liseron": cozy cottage, terrace on stilts, and a real natural space. Private Nordic bath and beautiful view. Independent, at the back of the property, facing nature. An ideal cottage for a relaxing/nature stay. Wood-fired Nordic bath, easy to use (not a jacuzzi, no bubbles, but eco-friendly!). Relaxation with hot water in the winter. In summer, in the shade of the trees, the tub can be used as a mini pool of cool water. Pleasure and benefits of a sustainable refreshment.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

In a small village, single-storey house with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, large living room with kitchen and living room, large private garden. Possibility to park the car in this garden. Amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, soft pod coffee maker and classic coffee maker. BBQ, table, chairs outside. Electric (or wood) heating. Bed sheets, bath towels, and exit cleaning are included in the price. Remote work will be possible thanks to the internet connection and the office area. Close to the shops of the city center, possibility of free parking in the neighborhood Shared pool (adults, older children)

Quiet house with pool

The M&M gîte is a small house located in the quiet Teyssodaise countryside. This cottage comes with a swimming pool reserved for tenants, open throughout the summer season. This cottage is independent of the main house where we live. We do not accept other pets because we have our dog Tina and our two cats Gigi and Jojo and 4 chickens. We are located 15 minutes from Lavaur, 50 minutes from Toulouse, 25 minutes from Castres.

The Lodge – Cozy escape for two, mountain view

Escape to the peaceful Lauragais countryside in this cosy studio overlooking the Black Mountain. Le Lodge is a bright 20 m² retreat for two, featuring a private terrace, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower and everything you need to relax and unwind. Private access to **Le Magnolia Spa** is available during your stay (by reservation and at an extra charge). Closed in July and August.
