The cottage has everything you need with a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Nearby you have the Sälvensdalar nature reserve as well as Garphyttan National Park and Ånnaboda recreation area. Good location with 15 minutes to Örebro, 20 minutes to Karlskoga. Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

On the front there is a large parking lot and on the back there are benches and tables with a small patio. Please note that the property is rented without bed linens and towels. There are duvets and pillows for six people. Guests clean after their stay. For longer/recurring bookings, it is possible to purchase cleaning and bed linens.

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.
