Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

La Gouille, 20 min walk to old Dole, quiet

La Gouille is located 1.6 km from Epenottes shopping center and 1.5 km from downtown and old Dole. It's the countryside in the city. Very quiet! You have at your disposal a 19 m² studio. One bedroom, one TV, one toilet, one shower room, one kitchenette, one fridge, tea, coffee, bowls, plates, cutlery, glass, plancha, one table as well as two chairs and their cushions, brazier, barbecue, wood. Your entire space is heated/air-conditioned independently of the rest of the house.

La ch'tite baraque

Small renovated house, located next to our main accommodation. Guests can park their vehicle in the yard, which is closed by an automated gate. The house has a living room with basic kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 people, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, and upstairs a landing/office and a large bedroom for 2 people with 160 cm bed. Linens and towels provided. Next to the accommodation, there is a locked barn to park bicycles, motorcycles, etc.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the famous Burgundian Grand Cru Route (25 min from Dole, 35 min from Dijon), our home is bathed in a charming corner of greenery. Fully renovated, this 60 m2 outbuilding is equipped with an entrance with private parking. The property has all the amenities necessary for the well-being of guests. Outdoor areas are accessible as well as the private solar heated indoor pool.

This home is ideally located on the border of Côte-d'Or and Jura, in the small village of Billey. At the gateway to Dole and Auxonne, you can discover and visit these 2 pretty historic towns. In addition, you will only be 45 minutes from Dijon, Beaune and Besançon. Lovers of calm and nature will appreciate this charming and peaceful Burgundian village, which will also be the starting point for beautiful walks in the forest.

Large Studio "Between Saône and Vines"

Entre Saône et Vignes is a 5-year-old, large studio-type accommodation, arranged on a half level in an outbuilding of the property. Ideally designed for a comfortable stay for 2 adults and 2 children, it is possible for short stays for up to 5 people. Pets are welcome free of charge, subject to the rules.
