Water damage reduction on Studio

Nice little functional and well-equipped studio. Wifi and air conditioning. Free parking in front of the building. THE STUDIO REMAINS PERFECTLY FUNCTIONAL IN THE LIGHT OF THE RECENT DEGAT OF THE WATERS; THE CEILING IS HOWEVER DAMAGED FOR A FEW SQUARE METERS AND THE PARQUET FLOOR OF THE GREAT ROOM HAS BEEN REMOVED (CARPET THAT REMAINS). Everything is dry but awaiting the intervention of the artisans. So we apply a discount of 5 euros per night compared to the usual rate (included in the price shown).
