I spent three years renovating this house and now it is ready! The house is located in a walking distance from the beach of Volos and from the center. It is outside Greek style, but inside Scandinavian. All the rooms have aircondition. Because it is in the end of an alley the place is very peaceful. You can experience an authentic Greek neighbourhood! Unfortunately not any kind of pets are allowed because my family also uses the house and we have seviere allergies.

The house is located in Kato Gatzea, 5 minutes on foot from the sea, 17 km from Volos. It is a spacious 2 floor house, consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, W.C, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditions and ceiling fans. The exterior consists of two courtyards with a garden, barbecue and dining area. The backyard in the shade of the trees has an outdoor shower. Access to the house is very easy.

The Lafkos hillside rises steeply behind and the surrounding trees and greenery help to keep the house cool even in really hot weather. This spacious family home has a large garden and only one immediate neighbour.

The Bahari( what means sea) is an idyllic wooden house with shutters and plastered walls outside. It is fully equipped and has a large terrace with a splendid view of the sea and is only 110 meters away from a beautiful and very pleasant beach.
