We had a wonderful stay with Claire and Andrew! The place is beautiful, with clean and cozy rooms, and such a loving, peaceful atmosphere. We especially enjoyed our time by the pool, listening to the birds singing all around. Their sweet dog made the experience even more heartwarming. There was plenty of space for yoga and meditation, and at night, we were amazed by the incredible view of the starry sky. We would love to come back anytime — thank you for creating such a special place!

Anna's hotel was a very nice place to stay. Breakfast with a 5-star view included, and incredible service. We enjoyed the food and slept well, even though it was a very cold week. The view from the hotelroom to the mountains and see is beautiful. All in all, for the price you pay you get everything you need, plus the knowledge and kindness of Anna. Thank you! We will be back ;)

Un havre de paix avec une magnifique vue. Mattia nous attendu à une heure tardive et était déjà dehors pour nous accueillir lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Bel accueil avec tout le nécessaire voir plus dans l hébergement. Il nous a conseillé des endroits à visiter, de même que sa copine Catherine. Je recommande +++

This place really felt like home. From the second we walked in until we left we felt like we were staying with family. The views were spectacular and we were close enough to enjoy the town but just far away to feel like we were tucked away in our own little secret spot.

One of those places that you can't really describe without going there. If you're looking for total off-grid, middle of nature in nature and a lake all to yourself (with a canoe) - you've found the right place. Unbelievably beautiful. Frank and Daniella were the kindest hosts. My recommendation - just go.

I really enjoyed my stay in this magical place. The nature around it is simply incredible. Rachid is a very friendly and caring host, great hospitality! I would definitely go there again!

Amghar et toute sa petite famille qui parlent le français sont très accueillants. L'épouse d’Amghar est une très bonne cuisinière et les plats proposés vraiment pas chers. Leur terrasse où sont servis les petits déjeuners offre une vue a couper le souffle. Le logement est situé dans un petit village de montagne à 10 km de TAFRAOUTE où il faut visiter les rochers peints, c’est surtout pour les rochers qui ce sont pas peints que c’est intéressant et surtout les gorges de l’Ait Monsour. Le village de Mintizght est une excellente étape pour randonner dans la montagne.

Agréable maison, propre et bien tenu

Excellente parenthèse dans ce magnifique gîte. Nous nous sommes bien ressourcés et le petit déjeuner était royal avec que du fait maison et des produits de toute première qualité. L'accueil était très amical et l'hôte était au petit soin tout en respectant notre intimité. le gîte est magnifiquement placé avec une superbe vue et surtout il est décoré avec goût et soin. On reviendra très certainement

The place is a bit a bumpy road, and my gps was going sometimes off the course. Managed to find the place and the staff was really helpful. We received a welcome tea with some nibbles. Highly rated place to be away from Civilisation.

Mony je velmi vstřícná a milá. Vše proběhlo v pořádku. Vybavení ubytování je naprosto dostačující, dokonce je tu i bazén, sauna a relaxační zahrada.

The place doesn’t need further description: it matches the photos and is exactly as peaceful and private as it seems. Cozy, lovely, with an amazing ocean view. Amin has been the perfect host - all staff was friendly and accommodating meeting our needs (mum and I are vegetarian, and we’ve been offered really good meals with what seemed like no effort at all from their side). Little note, it gets quite chilly at night - don’t hesitate to ask for more blankets if needed, Amin will provide. Overall a 10/10 for us, we’ll leave with lovely memories and inshallah we’ll be back one day.

My wife and I loved our stay at Hassan’s Airbnb! The views were spectacular, home cooked food was delicious (some of the best we’ve had in Morocco) and the local town was full of lovely local people. Finally, Hassan was so great and always there when we needed him, a friendly and accommodating host all round! Thank you Hassan for making our stay what it was

A beautiful property off the beaten track, with rolling hills and olive groves for views and beautiful skyscapes. David was a very friendly and responsive host, we’re sorry we didn’t manage to try the organic olive oil he makes - perhaps leave a bottle for guests?? Bed linen was good quality and super comfortable, furniture is rustic and beautiful. The pool was brilliant for the kids, and the terraces lovely - maybe have some furniture up there for sun downers, if the climate allows? The outdoor eating spaces were great with an oven, pizza oven and paella stove. The kitchen could perhaps be a bit better equipped with some more serving bowls, utensils and a stock of matches but this was only minor, we loved our stay and will be back! Thank you.

I stayed for two nights in Emily's Alpujarra Guesthouse. It really is an amazing place, and Emily is the perfect host. She loves these beautiful mountains with a passion, and it shows in everything she does, and in the way the guesthouse is. So tranquil, peaceful and serene. Felkor, her lovely friendly dog and Mister T the cat were also great company. I had some car problems on the way in, and Emily was an absolute angel. Went out of her way to help me, and introduced me to her friendly mechanic in Lanjarón. Emily's place is so beautiful. She is an AMAZING cook, so do be sure to have at least one of her dinners. There is also a really nice pool next to the rooms. A great base from which to explore Las Alpujarras, especially Lanjarón, Orgiva, and the stunning villages of Cañar, Pampaneira, Bubión, Capileira, Trevélez and Yegen. Emily is proud to support local businesses, so do go horse riding, and buy some great olive products. It is a wonderful place, to which I hope to return. 😁🙏☀️

absolutely stunning villa

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr familiär und jeder lächelt einem zu. Die Tajine war super lecker und an den Abend mit Livemusik werden wir uns lange erinnern. Die Kommunikation lief super. Die Unterkunft ist direkt an den Dünen und man kann zu Fuß reinlaufen. Wir wurden in M‘hamid abgeholt und sind dann mit unserem Leihwagen hinterhergefahren. Wenn man will werden Kameltouren oder Wüstentouren angeboten. Hoffentlich können wir euch irgendwann nochmals besuchen :)

Quería agradecer a kiko y a pía la estancia en el jardín de las hadas, nos a gustado mucho más en lugar que en las fotos. Pía a sido súper amable con nosotros en todo momento, esta bien equipada la habitación. Con unas vistas de la montaña únicas (atardecer incleible) , pudiendo disfrutar de la naturaleza y descansar por las noches. Los desayunos nos encantaron y tuvieron un gran detalle en hacernos repostería casera. Nos encantaría repetir de nuevo.

De familie van Gîte Tawada is ontzettend leuk en gastvrij. Heerlijk ontbijt en eten, goed uitzicht en veel activiteiten. Heel leuk om vanuit hier de vallei te verkennen, genoeg te zien! Vergeet niet een extra koffer mee te nemen om de werkelijk prachtige handgemaakte kleden van de familie te komen kopen. Als je ernaar vraagt openen ze het winkeltje en daar hangen fijnmazige kleden met prachtige details.
