Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

You will love my place because of the views of the sea and the mountain, the sunrises and full moon (if it matches your stay) are spectacular, it is located in a rural area away from the resorts and the location is perfect - just 15 minutes to Santa Cruz and La Laguna - 3 minutes from the beaches and promenade of Candelaria, 40 minutes from Los Cristianos. There are restaurants nearby with homemade Canarian food that is very tasty at reasonable prices, where you will not meet any tourists.

Our place is build in the area of the Village Agios Mironas near iraklion (28km) in the Island of Creta. The village is a very nice place where you can find almost everything to shop, have a coffee place and relax in a traditional tavern. The level is 800m above the sea so the air is always fresh and clear !! There is many beutiful places you can visit around , take a walk or do mountain bike..

The house with swimming pool has an area of 100 m2 and is located in a quiet area. The house has one floor. It is in a fairly remote and quiet area in the mountains and near beautiful hiking trails. At night, you can almost touch the stars. Sunny area, very good weather. Ideal for families. You won't get bored here. We have a table tennis table, dartboard and table football.
