Our Castle, built back in 1875, has been characterised by the Greek archaeological authorities as a traditional, historic and preserved monument. On the ground floor you can find the olive press that the residents had in order to make their olive oil. Now, centuries later the castle is ready to open its arms is waiting for you to explore this unique castle as well as try local products in Pagkia!

Petreas Castle - Feel the historical atmosphere

Petrea Castle belongs to the castle's complex Troupaki-Mourtzinou of Upper Kardamili in Messinian Mani. Built in the early 18th century, recently restored on plans by Greek Ministry of Culture, preserving with respect its historic and architectural character. It has three floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Unique view to Messinian bay and mountain Taygetos.
