On the first floor (45 square meters) there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed), a guest toilet, the hallway and the kitchen. My house offers many amenities: pool, hot tub, fireplace & 2 bathrooms, the larger one being particularly spacious. A piano provides musical accents, and the garden house with an oven and a kitchenette invites you to spend cozy hours. The location is ideal – only 20 minutes by car from the city center of Magdeburg, with a playground only a minute's walk away. Supermarket & bakery are within 4 minutes' walking distance. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed area and has two parking spaces.

Our cozy chalet is located in Vorfläming in the Theeßen district of the city of Möckern/Fläming, right next to our house. Here families (3 adults, 2 children) can spend cozy holidays. Central and excellent for hikes/bike rides in the Fläming and the adjacent lake landscapes. At the same distance are the cities of Magdeburg, Brandenburg an der Havel, Tangermünde/Stendal. Berlin is 100 km (A2) away. In summer, a pool and sauna are also available.

Large house with garden, sauna, centrally located.

Our house offers plenty of space over 3 floors plus basement. The Getec Arena is very close, the Cracauer waterfall, the Elbe, the city park and also to the tram it is only a 5 minute walk. Great playgrounds are located at Pechauer Platz and in the city park. By tram, you can reach the center in 10 minutes. There are worth seeing the Hundertwasserhaus, cathedral, monastery and much more.
