There is a charcoal grill (charcoal not included), a ping pong table, bicycles, as well as a play tower and a sandbox. Many inhabitants of the forest can be observed at our feeding station. The bungalow can only be heated electrically to a limited extent, so we only rent from May to September, in good weather also in October.

The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.
