My stay at Annalisa’s place was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all my expectations. They provided clear instructions for check-in, which made arriving stress free, even after a long day of travel. The home itself is a gem—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details that made it feel like a home away from home.

Five stars for everything. Our one-week stay was perfect for our needs. We felt at home right away and we were able to relax. We had lunch overlooking white beach on Boracay on one of the days but otherwise just took time out. The studio apartment is a good size in a modern building and had everything we needed. The air-conditioning is superb, cooking facilities and utensils are relatively new and the fridge/freezer is new with plenty of room. There is hot water in the shower and with good water pressure (make sure the pump is switched on) which gave us the best shower so far in the Philippines. Ana Rose and her team are great hosts and the on-site convenience store had most items we needed with vegetables available just across the road. We had a rental car and were able to park onsite. The view of garden and palm trees is very pleasant. Being in a small village and on the main road we did find it a little noisy at night especially dogs and local karaoke. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Very good for workation. Fast and reliable internet for working remotely. Beautiful view from the balcony. And close to the beach. And great host!

Ms. Debbie is very responsive to inquiries, easy to talk to. Her place is perfect for lovers who wish to be free from all the noise and pollution in the city. Boracay is just minutes away for leisure. They are very accommodating and informative as well. Schade, wir hatten nicht genug Urlaubszeit. More blessings sainyo Ms. Debbie and Husband.
