Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Maenam

We had such a great stay at the loft! We stayed for 4 nights and found most of our days lounging on the deck to enjoy the beautiful view. We were pleasantly surprised with the area as there were plenty of great restaurants and a 7/11 all within walking distance. We didn't feel the need to leave our area outside of an excursion or two since we wanted to spend our time at the loft. Rachel goes above and beyond to make sure you are right at home.

Wow, what a beautiful place. Exactly like the photos, check-in process is a breeze, the beautiful hosts had a very detailed list of restaurants to check out nearby, activities and so forth, as well as being very accomodating with booking things should we need to. Very peaceful and serene, far from the hustle and craziness but close to so many gems. The details within and outside the house are amazing and would definitely book this place again to experience for a much longer time. Thank you Stephen & Neaw

The absolute highlight of our Thailand trip was staying with our host Mica. He and his wife (and not to forget their lovely cats and dogs😉) truly have raised the bar of what hospitality means. To start off, the house super clean and everything matched the pictures. There are many examples how it exceeded our expectation, to name a few: - super spacious bed, as someover over 2 meters tall I loved it! - The room got cleaned very well on a daily basis. They even washed our dirty dishes. - Mica offered serviced at below marketprice.This included taxi services, laundry pick-up and delivery and additional drinks at wholesale prices, delivered to our doorstep. - Mica has shared some great insights on the area. If you are looking for a great and relaxing stay we can fully recommend staying here at Mica's beachhouse. We hope to return at some point.

The location is lovely. A few steps to the beach. There were some nice restaurants in walking distance. Steven connected us with Mr. Pon and family who were both lovely, great for transportation needs, and could get us bikes which was fun but also the Grab service works well. Communicating with Steven was great and he was attentive. The bed was pretty comfortable and the shower had nice hot water. The place could use some updating, but other than that it was good.

Es war unvergesslich und wunderschön. kun ya Die Haushälterin hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das morgendliche Frühstück war unglaublich. Teilweise sind die Böden und Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Checkin und der Checkout war super flexibel und wir danken Darren sehr dafür. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt den Eltern mit kleinen Kindern beachten sollten. Der Pool hat eine Absaugtanlage, die auf einer Seite nicht geschützt ist. Der Sog ist sehr stark und könnte kleine Kinder-Händchen oder Füße verletzen oder sogar einsaugen. Mein absolutes Highlight war der unvergessliche Ausblick auf Ko Samui. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Kim, sie ist eine so herzliche Gastgeberin mit tollen Tipps die unseren Urlaub einzigartig und unvergesslich gemacht haben! Der Bungalow ist sauber. Die Anlage mit Strand ist sehr gepflegt und traumhaft schön. Die Lage ist herrlich für Leute, die den Sonnen Auf- & Untergang lieben, denn hier habt ihr einfach beides. Sehr gute Restaurants befinden sich ausreichen von 2-15 Gehminuten entfernt, ein Supermarkt direkt schräg gegenüber. Es ist der perfekte Ort um die Seele einfach mal entspannen zu können, fernab vom Tourismus. Privater, schattiger Parkplatz. Mit kurzer Hose hab ich das zu schätzen gelernt mit dem Roller ^^' Die Unterkunft liegt neben der Hauptverkehrsstrasse, somit könnt ihr euch vor der Haustüre mit den Songtaews direkt auf den Weg machen und müsst nicht erst weit laufen. Für Lärm-/Lichtempfindliche, vielleicht zum schlafen Oropax/Schlafmaske mitnehmen. Für uns war es einfach rundum perfekt ohne etwas aussetzen zu können!

Es gibt nicht viel zu sagen, Unterkunft wie auf den Fotos, haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt, super sauber und ordentlich, die Anlage an sich ist mal wieder Renovierungs bedürftig aber der Pool ist gut und das Fitness Studio auch und mehr braucht man ja auch eigentlich nicht. Wir wahren sehr zu Frieden mit unserem Aufenthalt!

Este departamento tiene la cama más cómoda y deliciosa que he probado en un Airbnb, las almohadas son perfectas y realmente logras tener pleno descanso, aparte de todo lo necesario te dejan un tratamiento y spray para el cabello absolutamente espectacular, como mujer lo agradecerás🤭👌🏻 El alojamiento de Nemo está perfectamente decorado, han cuidado cada atención al detalle, está súper limpio y completamente equipado con todo lo necesario y más para una estadía placentera y cómoda🌿🐚🙌🏻 La lavadora/secadora son un mega plus cuando viajas por tantas semanas, cafetera con café para moler, té, condimentos básicos, cortinas black out, implementos básicos de limpieza, todo es absolutamente cómodo, el sofá, la TV, la aspiradora, el balcón, todo me encantó!!! Si puedes reservarlo no dudes en hacerlo, tendrás un experiencia maravillosa desde un lugar con excelente ubicación y Nemo es un gran host😊 Gracias por todo! Saludos, Dani & Will 💜

Great place to stay

We have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and all I can say is - wow. Sama loft is truly a special place, decorated with utmost care and so many special touches - it’s really a beautiful spot. It’s a little oasis that’s still very close to the action. Great WiFi, beautiful space, comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom, close to shops and restaurants. We would absolutely recommend this space to anyone. It’s really even better than the pictures in person. Natalie and her team were extremely accommodating - highly recommend!

Logement juste excellent, dans une magnifique résidence sécurisée, piscine salle de sport café, vraiment top 👌 Que dire de Karla a part que c’est une personne très réactive et super aimable, et aux petits soins selon vos besoins. Le genre d’hôte que l’on voudrait avoir à chaque réservation! Merci encore tout était parfait.

Nous avons séjourné avec deux enfants et c’était un lieu très paisible. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec une hôte très réactive. Le logement est bien agencé et spacieux. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schönes sauberes und luxuriöses Penthouse! Mit wahnsinniger Aussicht auf das schöne Meer sowie die Nachbar Inseln. Der Pool war immer sauber und die Hausanlage wurde ständig gesäubert. Es war alles vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert und war auf dem neusten Stand. Die hat uns gut getan und nicht krank gemacht. Schöne letzter Aufenthalt. Es ist natürlich nicht das günstigste aber den Preis Wert! Man bekommt sehr viel für sein Geld geboten. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas hoch und die Straße noch nicht asphaltiert aber das ging auch mit unseren Mietwagen der wenig ps hatte ohne Allrad bei Regen Wind und wetter! Vielen Dank

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

Host very responsive and helpful when I had any questions, room is as described and clean, fresh towels would be a nice addition though. The gym on site is also very basic but can’t really complain. Overall, great experience, easy enough to find, good communication from Fred and good value for money:)

Super logement, emplacement de l’espace. Juste si comme nous vous avez un des logements du bas, je vous souhaite que le logement au dessus ne soit pas occupé sinon c’est bruyant. L’hôte quand à elle est réactive, à l’écoute, gentille, rien à redire la dessus je recommande !

Was a gorgeous place to stay with a lovey pool, little gym and pool table down stairs. The location was amazing and so close to a big c and the Main Street of the town. Loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Also amazing as it is so close to the beach with amazing food and views. Had all the kitchen utensils you’d need and made you feel right at home!. Amazing staff in the building and security at night!. The host is amazing and so attentive she truly makes you feel at home in your new environment and will reply to at question very clearly! Was an amazing stay ESPECIALLY for the price would recommend to everyone as there is also a lift to the flat. Would definitely stay again!!.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Brian, for an unforgettable experience!

Large apartment with a beautiful view. Chris is always in touch and happy to help. Apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth what we paid. I wish it was cleaner, but that’s ok. Also feel like I was charged too much for electricity, I intentionally used as little as necessary, and still ended up paying for a few days what my friend that lives nearby pays in a month. Not the end of the world. Overall worth it and definitely recommend!

Oshin has been a wonderful host, we found the apartment to be exactly the same as described, i was in awe of the same. Great Location, Great Air Conditioners. Great aesthetics. the only thing which bothered me was behaviour of the reception staff, but that is not Oshin's responsibility. Also, the Lights in the apartment, some are not working and switching layout is just so confusing.
