This old farmhouse was completely renovated in 2014. In 2024, we further improved it so you can have a quiet stay in the heart of the Breton countryside. You will be 2 steps from the magnificent site "La Vallée des Saints" where the granite giants reign. I would love to share with you the surroundings that are full of curiosities. This accommodation is a real base for discovering Brittany on the land side, but also on the sea side, since it is located at most 1 hour from the coast.

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

You will wake up with a direct view of the meadow, where you can see our different animals (goats, chickens). Located in central Brittany, 300 m from the Nantes to Brest canal, 15 minutes from Carhaix and about 1h/1h15 from the sea, many activities in the surroundings. Lock house surrounded on both sides by lawn overlooking the canal; house located at the entrance to the "tranchée des bagnards". 100 m from a nautical base but unfortunately this year the department decided not to open it. Direct access to hiking trails and mountain bike trails (canal and wood). Accommodation located 3 km from local shops: grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria, bistro.
