The apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very close and walkable to old city! There were many restaurants and cafe at walking distance and lots to do!! Would recommend for a longer term stay as well!

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

The house is very beautiful, like the photos, there is a small public swimming pool in the village, the water is not deep, the last day, I checked out right at noon before I took the children to play for a while, the water is a little cold just after getting down, it is not cold at all, and there is also sunshine, and the photos are also good. Although I haven't met the host myself, the communication was smooth and quick to respond, making it a great place to stay. Validated in person, no pit treads - recommended. The location is in the suburbs, so it's suitable to drive by yourself. Taking a taxi is also okay, but you may need to call several times during the morning rush hour. It's better to call a taxi 30 to 40 minutes in advance. This place is especially suitable for people who need a relatively quiet environment.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Great place for a quick stay in Chiang Mai, amenities were amazing

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

We had a great month long stay at Amornrat’s place! The condo was by far the best we have stayed in Thailand, with an amazing pool and gym. The room itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location is quiet and close to the mall and a cheap grab into the old town. Highly recommend this place!!

The accommodation is big and nice ~ Please note that there are some ants coming out.. When using the pool, it is necessary to call staff, and there is an additional cost for the gym ~ Other than that, the bed is fluffy and nice.
