Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mae Rim District

Magnifique maison, dans un endroit splendide. Immensément tranquille. À environ 25-30 minutes du centre de la ville (en scooter). Hôtes généreux et très réactifs dans nos communications. Le seul bémol selon moi : la piscine et le spa gagneraient à être chauffés (peut-être n’est-ce pas commun en Thaïlande). Mais sinon, vraiment, une splendide propriété de 4 chambres, bien divisée, à recommander à quiconque recherche un endroit paisible.

The villa accommodated our party of 11 well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean and very refreshing to swim in. The entertainment room was good for gathering and hanging out. We had the whole villa to ourselves. We really enjoyed our stay, and consider this a 5 out of 5 accommodation for our stay. I do want to point out a couple things to be aware of, for those who may consider it in the future. 1) Water leaks in heavy rain from the window in the far room; it flowed away from the beds toward the bathroom wall, and seemed to dry up quick, so was not a problem for us. 2) The tiny ants get in and can get to the upstairs rooms pretty fast too. Just keep food clean and stored away. 3) The water pressure in the upstairs rooms comes and goes as you shower; it wasn't a big deal, as we were able to shower ok, but just something to be aware of. Thanks for the great stay!

Schöne saubere Unterkunft auch für länger. Der Pool war sauber und auch das Gelände ordentlich. Überdachte Stellplätze auf dem Grundstück und Grab liefert das Essen bis dahin. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner, ruhiger und etwas abgelegener Aufenthalt. Mietwagen sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Haus hatte eine sehr schöne Lage. Die Familie war sehr nett und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und uns sogar eine Tour über die Farm gegeben. War jeden Cent wert und wenn unsere Reise nicht anders geplant gewesen wäre wären wir bestimmt länger geblieben.

Exceptional stay. Beautiful space that held us all so wonderfully. Fully recommend. Pim and the team are amazing.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time staying here. Definitely worth the price and looks exactly like the pictures. John is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, this is the place to stay! Very close to the old town and everything within walking distance. Very helpful and responsive host.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. Thank you, Jen and Joe!

This is our second time here and Yumi and Geoff are as nice as ever! They have a cute cat Misty that will visit and wait on the door. The place is really nice and spacious and has a nice outdoor area. Looking forward to staying here again!

דירה מקסימה בשכונת נימן, קרוב למסעדות, בתי קפה וחנויות. הדירה היתה נעימה, נקיה ומצויידת היטב. יש שומר בבניין הדירות. לסיום, הדירה ענתה בהחלט על הציפיות ומאוד נהנינו לשהות בה.

Loved staying at Jessie’s! The pool was great, location was great, and she gave good recommendations! I would stay again.

The condo is comfortable and quiet, in a great building. A little off the beaten path, but walking distance from the night market. Natasa is a good host

Gostei muito de ter ficado neste apartamento, senti me como se estivesse em casa com uma vista fantástica e a proprietária sempre mostrou se muito disponível e querida. A localização é ótima para quem gosta de uma área tranquila, cosmopolita e internacional. Espero poder voltar no futuro 🙂

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Great place to stay. Incredible sky river pool to enjoy the views of Chiang Mai. Close to the night markets and shops. Lovely apartment with everything you need.

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended

Heel erg mooi verblijf. Het binnen komen ging soepel met de juiste instructies. Het appartement zelf was precies zoals aangegeven. Het appartementencomplex was heel erg rustig en mooi, er hangen alleen wel overal posters dat het niet geschikt is voor backpackers en hotelgangers. Je moet daar een beetje langs kijken. Er was veel te doen in de omgeving en het ligt heel centraal. Er kwamen soms luchtjes vanuit de badkamer maar daar had ik weinig last van. Wat verwacht je ook van Thailand ;) Er was een lekkage door de aardbeving in Myanmar, ik had hier zelf geen problemen mee, de eigenaar verontschuldigden zich heel vaak en gaf tijdelijke oplossingen voor het probleem, maar het viel me niet lastig. De eigenaar was hier heel behulpzaam mee. Over het algemeen een geweldig appartement!!
