The place looks a lot more spacious and bigger than it looks in the pictures. Very pleasant and welcoming. The neighborhood is great, there is an excellent hair salon and massage in the same complex. Good people and very pleasant. Total privacy. Janet is a wonderful woman. Highly recommend.

Great peaceful area, 15-20 mins to the center by scooter. The accommodations itself are good as well!

The interior of the house and the pool were just as good as the pictures show. The host was also kind. Also, it was nice to have a park and a market nearby. However, amenities such as restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores are a little far away, so if amenities are important to you, you should consider this part. We recommend it if you have cute dogs and like a quiet place.👍

I’ve been there for almost 2 months and i have to say that the place exceeded my expectations. The room is spacious and the apartment is really nice, apart from few problems that were solved immediately I would advise it for whoever wants to stay far from the crowded environment. The host speaks English very well and was very fast responsive!

A great place to get away from the city, rather without borrowing a scooter, but no worries you can borrow a scooter on site from the host. I highly recommend it.

Did a booking with a friend of mine, Super clean and cozy flat. Felt like home directly. Beds was super comfy - neighborhood was quiet, everything was more then worth the money - keep in mind that’s a bit away from the city so would be good if you have a car or at least a motorcycle - the small market around the walk near 7/11 was super - locals there was very nice and cooked a super delicious food. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Picnic

Pat was a wonderful and friendly host allowing me to truly enjoy a peaceful and very comfortable stay in this new beautiful room! I would highly recommend Pat’s lovely place especially if you desire to be away from the busy centre but close enough to enjoy the pleasure of Chiangmai life! Easy 5 stars ☺️

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

We had such a great stay! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Maggie and Jia were super helpful—responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It felt like a home away from home, and we loved our time there. Highly recommend!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!
