Overall, it was a great experience and a great place to stay for my family. Centrally located. Easy to walk, everything close by. We would definitely stay at this place again

This place was better than I expected! It did match the pictures but seeing it in person was absolutely wonderful, very clean, comfortable (better than home!) and beautiful views. The host Arthit was very responsive (even with my silly questions! lol) and very helpful. It was easy to access but also very secure. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Chiang Mai and will absolutely recommend this Airbnb. Wonderful beautiful stay! Thank you Arthit!

lulu的房子位置太棒了，周邊買東西吃飯都很方便。而且lulu老公肉哥人也非常棒，入住就跟我們詳細介紹了清邁旅遊的要點，有問題都能及時解決。 房間的洗衣機是特別棒的所在，玩了一天實在是累，洗衣機提供了太多的方便了。 家裏住的很舒服，有在家的感覺。以後來清邁lhlu家是首選。

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Great place to stay. Incredible sky river pool to enjoy the views of Chiang Mai. Close to the night markets and shops. Lovely apartment with everything you need.

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

We loved this home so much we extended our stay! It was perfect for our family with young children as it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lovely playground. The owner provided everything we needed and was there when we checked in to show us the house. We all loved it and hope to stay again someday!

This place was extremely clean and well organized. The host are very nice and responsive. Anytime I had a question they always responded quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. The area is very quiet and relaxing, and the price is well worth it. The place has all the supplies you will need. The people are very friendly and I really enjoyed my time here.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

The house is lovely, comfortable, has everything you need. Sriploy and her sons have thought about everything, and they're ever responsive to any requests. They've invested in their guests feeling like home, and that's exactly how it feels to be there. We spent an entire month at the location, it's private, away from the city and crowds, so if you're looking to disconnect from the world, this is the perfect location. Highly recommend renting a scooter or a car to explore the mountains, hot springs and beautiful farm lands spread across the area. There are plenty of local restaurants around if that's your thing, if you prefer to cook hey have a shared kitchen with everything one might need. Banana trees, mangoes, longan fruits aplenty, the little pond with fish flopping in and out, a myraid of birds flying across the fields, we loved everything about Siri's place. There's still burning outside their property that can be a bother but not the host's fault. Otherwise perfect location.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.

I definitely recommend it. During our two-week stay in this house, Jesse and his wife helped us very quickly in everything. The house is very comfortable and quite spacious. The patio is very well-maintained. We even made a Sunday BBQ and invited our friends. The kitchen is quite well-equipped and spacious compared to other houses in Thailand. It is a golden opportunity for those who love to cook. There is even a billiards and entertainment on the upper floor. The gym belonging to the site is right next to the house. The gym was always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The security who constantly roamed the site on bicycles made us feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this house.
