The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured by arrival and used electricity is paid for when moving out. The electricity costs f n 7,0 Baht/kw. Bed linens and towels are available to rent for 220 Baht/week. Let us know when booking if you want to order this and it will be on site in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet-free.

Pool that has jakutsi comfortable temperature. The area is located at the genuine Thailand where you can lie on the beach all day without being disturbed by vendors. Closest smaller town is Ban Phe 5 km. From there you go by boat to Kha Samet.
