The house, which is very well-equipped, is located in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. Adjacent to the area is a reception where you pick up keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid upon departure. Electricity currently costs 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to be rented for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you want to order this, so it will be in place in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet free.

The real Thailand can be found here in Mae Rumphung 16o kilometers south of Bangkok. Great food and a nice beach where you don't have to be disturbed by vendors. An amazing view from the 28th floor of the 160 sqm apartment where you see Ban Phe and Ko Samet. Choose views from any of the four balconies. WIFI in the apartment and a 24 hour reception that can help with most things. Cleaning and washing towels and linens. Pool, ping pong and gym are free. Tennis and Snooker for a low fee.
