Pets are invited happily!!! The apartment is located in a new buliding, with an elevator! It is modern designed, with lots of greenery, themed to its name, Vine. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! This bright, newly-renovated apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a lovely open-plan living space, with a kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The location is ideal for exploring Madrid on foot, and is very near the bustling areas of Sol, Chueca, Huertas and Malasaña, all full of great things to see and top bars and restaurants. Great transport links mean that you can get around the city quickly and cheaply.
