This airbnb sheltered us during a hurricane! The hosts are very gracious and we are appreciative of their efforts to help us during a scary time in WNC history. It is a great little spot so definitely book a stay when the area is up and running again.

This was one of the best valued Airbnb’s I have stayed at post-pandemic. It is tucked away on a nice private drive, but less than half an hour from Asheville and 10 minutes from great hiking near the Laurel River. I worked until 3pm and got some beautiful evening hikes in. Marshall is a quaint town that is worth exploring. Linda met me at check-in and provided some local recommendations but then gave me my space and respected my privacy. The accommodation and furnishing has everything you need for some R&R, it was much more spacious than I was expecting. I wish I could have taken the bed home with me, it was so comfortable. Highly recommend and will look here first next time I visit Madison County.

Such a great place and great experience! Victoria and Tom were there to greet me and show me around when I arrived. I thoroughly enjoyed the house, esp. the porch and seeing the hummingbirds and deer. I was very comfortable and everything I needed was provided. Victoria was esp thoughtful and invited me to hike with her and attend a movement class which really made my stay extra special.

Susan’s place was so wonderful. Such a quiet peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed sitting outside on the swings by the koi pond and seeing the goats on the premises. Susan was very helpful during our check-in, too.

What an incredible stay! We originally planned a ski trip but the weather was way too warm. Still—we had such an amazing time! We got to visit Asheville during the day, and in the evening we came back to the cabin to play board games. We’re a small family of three, and it was so roomy for us! Our ten-year-old loved the bathroom (we all did honestly). The shower was so neat, we loved waking up to such a gorgeous view every morning. We spotted a deer coming up the driveway, too! We came all the way from Baltimore, and this cabin was the perfect little escape for the family. It was a great way to experience Asheville and it’s surrounding areas!

The suite was private, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect for attending a conference at the university. Dan was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location. Quiet and very peaceful.

Oksana’s place was perfect for my volunteer weekend with the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation (it’s very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway) and for a Saturday jaunt into Asheville. It was clean, open and airy with lovely decorating and the most wonderful bed and towels! I also loved the deck that looks out across the fields and the mountains. She is also an excellent host – when I was missing a can opener, she responded quickly and brought one to me. It’s outside the hustle and bustle of Asheville, but still very easy to get into Weaverville, Asheville, and the surrounding area. Her suite has been added to my list of favorites!

This place is great! It’s away from the busyness of Asheville but still within a 10 minute drive of the downtown happenings. It’s in a great location right off the highway but still very quiet. I especially enjoyed the screened in porch (as did my dog) so we could enjoy the warm nights without having to fight off any bugs. The rental space was well appointed and had everything I needed for my short stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice stay! The place was very clean and modern. It was really perfect for our dog too. I did read in the other reviews that the neighbors dog comes out and barks at the car. He would bark and circle our car so much I thought we might hit him- so that was unfortunate. But he did not come into the Airbnb yard at all so that was good. There is an adorable dog and cat on the premises who roam freely and our dog played with the dog a bit! I will say Maria was very accommodating so if your dog isn’t friendly I am sure she could figure something out!

Amber's spot is lovely -- peaceful and secluded. It is tastefully decorated and has all that is needed. The bed is very comfy, and the living area is nice. Amber is easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Nice little cozy place to relax, refresh & recharge! It is up on the side of a mountain and you can hear the creek that runs along the valley and see deer and various other forest creatures from the windows & porch.

My husband and I stayed here after spending the day at the new Hatley Pointe ski resort. It was dark when we arrived but Lori's instructions got us right to the house. Everything was very well appointed, clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the little electric fire place. When getting ready to leave the next morning, we spotted several deer right outside our door. I would certainly recommend this airbnb. It was very well done and a good, peaceful location close to the ski resort (about a 20 min drive) and a 5 minute drive to cute little downtown Mars Hill and Mars Hill University.

We had such a lovely stay! The hosts Hilary and Dan made my family feel immediately at home and even let my kids feed the chickens! The location is amazing, so peaceful and close to lots of great hiking and easy to get to Asheville. The beds were incredibly comfortable (we have stayed in many airbnbs, these were some of the best). Don’t skip on ice cream from the next town up, Meadowsweet Creamery in Mars Hill - worth the trip and also close to the house :) Can’t wait to stay here again!

What a find! Super cute place, very affordable, easy access to all the Asheville, hikes, restaurants, decent sushi, pizza, and Publix just down the road, owners live on the second floor, very friendly and responsive, pickle ball court, coin operated washer and dryer on premise, it’s an adorable and very thoughtful little inn with a big heart. Cannot say enough good things! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location is serene and peaceful while being within an easy drive to downtown Asheville.
