The bunkhouse also has access to the catfish pond (catch and release) and firepit. 20 minutes to downtown Athens or Commerce. This space does have an upstairs neighbor so quiet time is at 9. Please be respectful of noise throughout the rest of the day. You will have full access to a pasture, firepit and pond for fun.

The home, lovingly called “The Birdhouse”, was built by hand in 1900, and has all the charm of hand hewn boards, solid wood floors, and tall ceilings. Rumor has it, the original home owner, and namesake of the road, was a prolific moonshiner. The house features two beds, one queen and one full in separate rooms, one full bathroom, and a complete kitchen.
