This is a private in-law suite above the attached garage of a historic home located in the heart of of Downtown Huntsville. Walk to all of the restaurants and bars. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Two bedroom, two bathroom with a private living room and private porch. The private living room has the basic amenities, i.e.- microwave, dinner table, silverware, fridge, WI-FI, and tv with internet TV. This space has its own thermostat that you control. Private entrance is through garage of home.

A mile walk to downtown and the VBC and a short drive to the Orion, and Redstone Arsenal. We are proud to say that we remodeled this apartment ourselves and we are continually making thoughtful upgrades & improvements. The Legacy Suite

Enjoy a modern in‑law suite in South Huntsville. The suite occupies the entire basement floor with no shared interior spaces and a private entrance. My family lives on the main floor. The space is cozy, comfortable, and close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and entertainment—great for work or relaxation. We have two friendly dogs upstairs who do not access the suite, but if you fear dogs, this may not be the best fit.
