The accommodation convinces with the fantastic view - at breakfast and dinner we enjoyed the view very much! Unfortunately, the nearby main road is louder than expected. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, especially the washing machine we have very much enjoyed using during our longer stay, in the kitchen you can also cook a little more extensively. The apartment is nicely furnished, but in some places it is a bit outdated. The apartment is located outside the city, you should definitely have a rental car, but you can reach some great hiking starting points by car a little faster.

The apartment was is a quiet neighborhood and the view was exceptional. The communication with Vasco was easy and quick.

We had a lovely time at Robert‘s place. Robert lives in the same house and was really friendly - he gave us tips for hikes and even handed us some herbs from his garden for some infused water. The appartment was nicely furnished and had everything that was needed. The views from the terrace for breakfast are amazing too! :)

We had a great stay at this nice apartment! We enjoyed the view from the balcony every day and loved it so much. We missed some amenities in the kitchen (cheese grater for example, more plates, cups etc). The location is fine, close to the airport and a great starting place for hikes all around the island - you have to have a car though! The neighborhood is not really nice, you can't really go for a walk or get somewhere by foot. Still, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Andreia was very helpful, gave local recommendations and had clear instructions with videos about how to locate the apartment and check in. The apartment was spotless and as advertised and would definitely stay again.

The village is perfectly located for an extended holiday. Anastasia assisted us in planning starting with providing assistance with parking pass, hiking maps all around the island, any silly requests we had at our stay. And her replies where prompt and professional, providing 2 and 3 options for every inquiry we had. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay with a dog ★★★★★ Eugénia and Duarte are very warm hosts! The place was perfect for me and my adult daughter – cozy, clean and in a good location. Our dog Akiko was not a special "guest," but expressly welcome, which was very important to us. Everything was straightforward, and the communication was super friendly. Glad to come back!

Very clean apartment in a great location close to the grocery store and the beach. Great view over the water. Really nice large patio with furniture in the back of the apartment as well as a little balcony looking towards the water. Street parking is a little tricky if the beach is really busy, be prepared to walk up some hills. Tiago even put together a list of recommendations for the island. We had a great stay!

Our vacation would not have been the same without Igor's accommodation, which is nice, clean, functional and well located. Indeed, the city center is a stone's throw away, the highway 2 or 3 km away, Funchal and the airport less than 1/2 hour's drive and the view from the balcony is very pleasant. We chose this accommodation by chance and we were delighted to find ourselves in this small town that won us over. Thanks for everything, Igor, and all the best.

We stayed in this apartment as a family of four, and it offered plenty of space and comfort. Amenities like the washing machine, dishwasher, and fast internet made our stay especially convenient. The location is excellent—close to Funchal and attractions on Madeira’s eastern side—and although the apartment faces a busy road, noise was minimal at night. We would happily stay here again.

We stayed for one night during our round trip on Madeira, but we would have wanted to stay longer. The place is really spacious, laundry machine and a great terrace with sea view. Madalena do Mar with its banana fields and colorful houses is a charming beach town. Don’t expect sand here, but definitely worth a stop!

Our stay at Jorge’s place was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to any active travellers. The accommodation was just perfect. We felt safe, comfortable and relaxed when there, although we were mostly out exploring the wonderful island. The parking can be tricky but if you were like us and out from 5am and back at 3pm, parking was never an issue, although tight spaces (I recommend getting a small hire car!). 30-40 minute walk to the centre of Funchal and 15-20 bars on the way! The local bars and restaurants were all good but our favourites were Horta and Mau Fetitio if you want excellent food and service. We wanted to go to Il Basilica but they were fully booked most nights. The day trip to Porto Santo is great, very worthwhile and very relaxing but not a lot going on. We went to Pe Na Agua which was really good. Hiring e-bikes is highly recommended. The mountains reputations speak for themselves. Parking at Arieiro gets busy from 5am and costs €20 for the day. Plan well.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the absolutely stunning apartment. It was incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beautiful location was a real highlight, boasting amazing sea views from the balcony that we enjoyed every single day. The lovely swimming pools on site were a fantastic bonus, perfect for a refreshing dip. Our hosts, Mariana and Ricardo, were so welcoming and helpful, always on hand to answer any questions and offer local tips. The great wifi was a practical plus, and we loved that the apartment was within walking distance to the main shops, making everything so convenient. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home in Madeira! The place was spotlessly clean and located in a great area, perfect for exploring the island. One of the highlights was waking up in the master bedroom to a stunning view of the ocean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it easy to cook meals when we felt like staying in. Iri’s place was absolutely breathtaking taking!! The view from the balcony was outstanding! You can see the beach. Her place has a washer drier which was super convenient. iri was super friendly and helpful! She is great !!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
