Terrace not overlooked. 14 meter swimming pool with heated massage waterfall from early May to end of October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

Stone house renovated in 2018 that can accommodate 2 adults on the ground floor with a baby crib. Upstairs, 2 single beds. The house has a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Parking in front of the house for one car, in our yard. It is located right next to my home. So no parties and no family meals. We are 10 minutes from Agen in the countryside and 25 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot.
