Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Stone house renovated in 2018 that can accommodate 2 adults on the ground floor with a baby crib. Upstairs, 2 single beds. The house has a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Parking in front of the house for one car, in our yard. It is located right next to my home. So no parties and no family meals. We are 10 minutes from Agen in the countryside and 25 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot.

We had the pleasure of spending 15 days at the Pigeonnier. The setting is ideal for those who love calm, nature and the charm of old buildings. We were hosted very well by Christian and his wife. We can only recommend this charming place!

We had a great stay with the family. The outdoor areas are stunning and the kids loved the pool and table tennis table. The house is superbly equipped with enough crockery and glasses for an army. Whilst a very private rural location, still loads of things to do and Dan's recommendations were excellent. A family canoe trip, the evening market in Prayssas and a visit to the creperie. A very memorable holiday.

We had a wonderful weekend in this sublime home. We were 2 families with toddlers and everything was perfect. It's clean, beautiful, and there's everything you need. The garden is beautiful and special mention for the trampoline for the kids. The pool looks great too but it was a little cool so we could enjoy it. Thank you very much Virginia who was very welcoming and accommodating!! We totally recommend
