The first floor bathroom features a stackable washer and dryer. Outside you can enjoy our patio, BBQ and fully fenced yard.

We encourage you to visit Young's Jersey Dairy for putt-putt golf, a driving range, farm animals, and ice cream!!

The historic 1830's stone house property is nestled away on 6 acres of natural bliss, just 4 miles outside of Yellow Springs. We offer a very private and rustic setting that captivates peaceful landscapes and breathtaking views. The 1 acre plateau overlooks gorgeous cliffs and flowing natural springs. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.
